WHEN TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK

Something isn’t adding up?

An audit connects the account settings to the business behind them.

You’re spending more without seeing better sales or leads.

Reported conversions don’t match what your business receives.

Products are disapproved, or important items get little visibility.

You want an independent view before scaling or rebuilding.

WHAT I REVIEW

The account.
The feed. The measurement.

All three areas are included in the audit scope where applicable. You don’t need a separate audit for each product.

01

Google Ads

Where the budget goes, and whether the structure supports your goals.

  • Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen
  • Search terms, negatives and campaign overlap
  • Bidding, budgets, locations and networks
  • Ad relevance, assets and landing-page alignment
02

Merchant Center

How your catalogue reaches the right searches and campaigns.

  • Product disapprovals and diagnostics
  • Titles, attributes and product identifiers
  • Shipping settings and feed consistency
  • Product groups, custom labels and priorities
03

GA4 & GTM

Whether your campaigns are learning from meaningful actions.

  • Primary and secondary conversion actions
  • Duplicate events and inflated conversion counts
  • Purchase values and Google Ads imports
  • Lead journeys, forms and click-to-call signals
HOW IT WORKS

From questions
to a practical plan.

Delivered in 5–7 working days once I have the access and business context we’ve agreed.

01

Tell me what matters

We discuss your goals, markets, budget and the issues you want to understand. I confirm the scope and fee.

02

Share account access

I’ll explain which permissions are needed for Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4 and GTM. You invite me through the platforms; no password sharing.

03

I review the setup

I examine the relevant accounts, prioritise the findings and connect recommendations to your business goals.

04

Walk through the plan

You receive the action plan and a 45-minute call to discuss the findings, ask questions and agree what deserves attention first.

EXAMPLE FINDINGS

Specific issues.
Clear recommendations.

Illustrative examples of audit findings—not results from a named client.

TRACKING

Conversions that overstate results

The issue
Contact clicks and completed enquiries are both primary conversions.

Why it matters
Bidding treats actions with different business value as equivalent.

The recommendation
Separate the actions and align campaign goals with meaningful outcomes.

GOOGLE ADS

Budget going to unrelated searches

The issue
Search terms include research or services the business doesn’t offer.

Why it matters
Part of the budget reaches people unlikely to become customers.

The recommendation
Refine negatives and targeting, then review relevance alongside lead quality.

MERCHANT CENTER

Priority products missing out

The issue
Feed issues or inconsistent shipping details affect product eligibility.

Why it matters
Important products may be unable to appear in Shopping placements.

The recommendation
Resolve diagnostics, correct the underlying product data and verify eligibility.

AFTER THE AUDIT

Your plan.
Your next move.

Use the action plan with your own team, your existing agency or with me. Implementation is not included in the audit.

If you want ongoing support, monthly Google Ads management starts at US$500 per month. We’ll agree the scope separately—there’s no ongoing commitment required to book an audit.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful answers.

What does the starting price cover?

Audits start at US$300 and cover Google Ads, Merchant Center and GA4/GTM tracking where relevant. The final fee depends on account size and complexity, and is agreed before work begins.

How long does the audit take?

5–7 working days after the agreed access and business brief are received. We arrange the 45-minute walkthrough as part of the handover.

What will I receive?

A prioritised action plan and a 45-minute walkthrough call with me, explaining the findings, recommendations and next steps.

Will you make changes to my accounts?

No. The audit covers review and recommendations. Implementation is not included and would require a separate agreement.

Can you review an account managed by another agency?

Yes. I can provide an independent review and an action plan your existing team or agency can use.

What if I don’t use Merchant Center?

That is fine. For a lead-generation business, the review focuses on the relevant campaigns, measurement and enquiry journey. You don’t need to use every platform.

Do I need to commit to monthly management?

No. The audit is a standalone project. If you want me to implement and manage the next steps, we can discuss monthly management separately.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. I work remotely with businesses worldwide and can conduct the audit walkthrough in English or Portuguese.
